Can we go thrift shopping

Walking down the street in Sneek I saw a sign of a flea market for charity. So later that afternoon I went thrift shopping. I cannot believe how many people were there looking to buy old stuff! It was fun.
It's getting more and more popular (this funny song Thrift shop is just one evidence) and I'm thinking why not? If there is something you can use, why throw it away? I guess I like to combine old with new. So I went looking for baskets, an old suitcase (didn't find a nice one), thea pots and old furniture that I would be able to paint. This is a grasp from what I bought and the money spend will go to charity.
